1 Soak little rice- 4/5 tbsp                         2. Boil 750ml of whole milk. Then allow it to reduce to 250ml in medium heat.                         3. In  another pot boil 350 ml of  whole milk with tejpata. Add previously soaked rice. Stir occasionally.                         4. When the rice is half cooked, add kaju                         5. Add sugar to your taste.                         6. When rice becomes soft add kismis and 250ml of condensed milk  you have prepared.                         7. Boil it up to desired consistency. It's the toughest part. Remember that payes will thicken little bit more when it is cold.                         8. use the rice I gave you  for payes. It has a nice flavor
