Beans

French beans n potatoes Flat beans Finely chop onions Same for beans but not too fine approx three pieces of beans in one finger joint And cubed potatoes One piece =one n a half finger joint Heat n bring the mustard oil to smoking point Switch off the heat Then  after a few mins switch it on again Add the jeera When it stops sputtering But make sure it doesn't turn black And add the onions. Sauté till a little more than pink Add the beans n potatoes Sprinkle a lil chilli powder Toss And cover with a lid And reduce heat Keep checking But not too frequently And once they become a bit soft And the volume appears to have reduced add the salt Cook When it's almost done Add dhania powder And cover again Till they r well cooked n flavoured and appear to have a bit of glaze Use about a big serving spoon of oil
