Marinade shrimp in salt, haldi, laal mirch
Roast and grind 4 tbsp coriander seeds + 1 turmeric root + Grind -> Vatan 1
Roast and grind 4 tbsp coriander seeds + 1 turmeric root + Grind -> Vatan 1
Grind grated coconut + 1/3rd onion (american) + 40 - 50 pepper corns -> Vatan 2
Take 1 tbsp oil.
Fry 3 tbsp of vatan 1 adding little bit of water if it starts burning.
Add 3 tbsp imli juice
All of the vatan 2 so that the raw smell goes away but not too much otherwise the gravy becomes too rich.
Keep adding water if required.
Add the cooked prawns.
Add 1 cup of coconut milk + Salt + 2 - 3 Green chillies. Let simmer for 5 minutes
