Carrot peas sabzi

 Cubed carrot And peas  If peas are  tender good Orherwise soften it first  In boiling wAter with a pinch of sugar to retain the green colour After jeera sputters Add the carrot and peas  from the bowl in which it was kept with wzter After sauteing it in ghee a few mins Add salt andcover n cook  When done add sugar Garam masala amchur  

Paneer Bhurji

 Take onions and sauté them pink.  Add chopped tomatoes.   Add haldi salt to taste Cover and cook until it liquifies   Then add grated paneer   To make it semi solid add a little bit of milk
