 1. Soak mustard seeds in hot water  2. fry salmon with haldi and namak - lightly  3. Grind mustard seeds with 1tsbsp yogurt and 2 green chillies with salt and sugar and mustard oil. 4. In oil, add kalonji and green chillies,  5. Fry the ground paste slightly. 6. Add fish and water salt and sugar and adjust.
