Chop 1/2 an onion and fry (optional) in oil till it turns brownish
Take small pieces of chicken.
squeeze them dry.
take 100gm butter in a pan.
keep at low flame.
add 3/4 spoon of sugar.
add chicken and green chillies when sugar turns light brown. cover.time to time stir it.
add salt to your taste.
remember butter has salt.
