Add amchur
So here's the recipe
Heat oil
Temper with heeng
Then jeera when it stops sputtering
Add
The slit green chillies and julienned or grated ginger
Or else ginger paste
The mixed spices ie dhania n mirch n amchur
Then add the boiled Chana
For boiling the Chana
Wash it thoroughly
Then add enough water to cover it in the cooker and about one and a half finger joint above the Chana level
Add salt and boil it for 25 min after the first whistle
