Marinate mutton with haldi, jeera pd, dhania pd, red chilli powder, salt, little mustard oil, ginger, garlic paste, one tsp lemon juice, 4/5 spoon dahi. Marinate as long as possible. At least an hour. Chop onion finely. First fry a handful crispy and set aside. Put tejpata, dry red chilli in oil. After the smell comes out, add rest of the onions. Sprinkle little bit salt on it. Add mutton. Cook in low heat
When water nearly dried add hot water. Pressure cook. Add salt sugar green chili and fride onion before closing the lid.
