Heat korai a little bit. Add half tsp ghee and 1/2 green elaichi. Add desiccated coconut (powder) and sugar mix. Stir. When become sticky. add grated khoa and some milk . Dry. Cook in low heat. Make laddu when hot. Put oil in your palm while making the laddu
Or you can use condensed milk instead of khoa, follow the same recipe. Then you don't have to add sugar, khoa or milk. It is much easier and faster
